According to reports, the comedian is exchanging his opulent Staten Island property for a new residence in Brooklyn, which lies across the river.
Before he considered moving across the water to Brooklyn, Pete Davidson advertised his Staten Island property for $1.3 million.
The comedian and actor, a native of Staten Island, is best known for his part on the NBC late-night sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live. He also owns one of the most beautiful condos on the island and one of the most luxurious mansions in the entire globe. In a recent interview with NBCLX, Pete Davidson, who is in a relationship with supermodel Emily Ratajkowski, expressed his wish to relocate to Brooklyn (opens in new tab).
The two-bedroom home, which is situated in Georgetown’s waterfront district, offers unparalleled views of the New York City skyline, which are best taken in from the home’s private terrace. The opulent property is also near to the Staten Island ferry, which takes 25 minutes to get to Manhattan.
One of the most important selling features for the home is its expansive river vista, but the interior design choices are equally noteworthy. The open-plan architecture and crisp, clean colour scheme of the area, according to listing agents Jason Mitchell Group (opens in new tab), are intended to emphasise space.
Beyond the light-filled family area, which is referred to as a “ideal environment for entertaining,” the bespoke kitchen is equally airy due to its white-hued cabinets and fitting Subway tiles, because after all, this is New York.
As the marble top flows from the workspace to create a tiny kitchen island, big enough to accommodate four people, the kitchen also showcases elegant countertop concepts that are ideal for an urban setting.
With a private en-suite that includes a bath, a shower, and a chic walk-in wardrobe, the main bedroom makes excellent use of its space. Large glass doors that open to a “exclusive terrace” on the seventh floor are another feature of the main suite. Unmatched views of Manhattan’s skyline, including the One World Trade Center, may be had from this location.
The outdoor terrace is also excellent for entertaining, especially in the summer when the weather in New York permits dining al fresco. The area has a table that looks out over the river and an outdoor sofa.
